Complete Guide

These terms and conditions ("Terms") form a legal agreement between the bd8t platform and its users ("you" or "member"). By accessing the bd8t website, completing registration, or using any service, you are voluntarily agreeing to these Terms.

bd8t is an online gaming and entertainment platform that provides various gaming services for members in Bangladesh, including slot games, live casino, and cricket betting. The platform operates on the basis of SSL encryption and fair play principles.

1.1 Applicability

You must provide accurate age information at the time of registration. bd8t may request a government-issued ID (national identity card or passport) for age verification at any time. Failure to verify will result in the account being suspended.

2.2 Other Eligibility Requirements

• Each individual may hold only one account.
• You must participate on this platform voluntarily and of sound mind.
• bd8t employees and their immediate family members may not open an account.

3.1 Registration

You must provide accurate and complete information when registering with bd8t. Opening an account with false information is a violation of these Terms and may result in the account being closed.

3.2 Password Security

It is your responsibility to keep your account login details confidential. Sharing your password with a third party is prohibited. You are solely responsible for all activities carried out from your account.

3.3 Single Account Policy

Only one account per individual is permitted. If multiple accounts are found using the same device, IP address, bank account, or mobile number, they will be considered "duplicate accounts" and all such accounts will be closed.

3.4 KYC Verification

bd8t follows a KYC (Know Your Customer) process to ensure a safe and transparent service. Before a withdrawal or whenever required, you may need to submit a national identity card, proof of address, and proof of payment method.

4.1 Deposit Rules

Funds can currently be deposited on the bd8t platform using the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and bank transfer. The minimum deposit amount is ৳200 for each method.

• Only payment methods registered in your name may be used.
• Deposits made through a third party are strictly prohibited.
• Once a deposit is verified, it is generally credited to the account within a few minutes.

4.2 Withdrawal Rules

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 5 to 30 minutes.

• Withdrawals can only be made to the same payment method used for the deposit.
• Withdrawals may be delayed if KYC verification has not been completed.
• Wagering requirements must be met before withdrawing funds obtained from bonuses.

4.3 Currency Policy

All transactions on the bd8t platform are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). No other currency is accepted.

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳15,000. A minimum deposit of ৳200 is required to receive this bonus.

5.2 General Bonus Terms

• A bonus applies only once per member, household, device, or IP address.
• The maximum bet amount placed using bonus funds may not exceed 5 times the total bonus amount.
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly.
• bd8t reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any bonus offer.
• If fraudulent use of a bonus is found, the account will be terminated.

5.3 VIP Program

The bd8t VIP Program has 5 tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum, and Diamond. Weekly cashback increases as you advance to higher tiers — starting from Bronze and going up to a maximum of 0.8% weekly cashback at the Diamond tier. VIP tier placement is determined based on a member's activity and performance.

6.1 Fair Play

All games on the bd8t platform are conducted in accordance with fair play principles. Game outcomes are impartial and not in favor of any particular individual.

6.2 Slot Games

Slot games are products of various game providers (Pragmatic Play, PG Soft, JILI, Spribe, etc.). Game outcomes are entirely controlled by an RNG (Random Number Generator). If a game is affected by a system error, bd8t reserves the right to void the result of that game.

6.3 Cricket Betting

Before placing a bet, please ensure you are fully aware of the betting rules and risks. Betting is offered on BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, and other cricket tournaments.

• Bets on suspended or abandoned matches will be settled in accordance with bd8t policy.
• bd8t reserves the right to void bets in cases where incorrect odds were offered.
• If match fixing or manipulation is suspected, the relevant bets will be kept under investigation.

6.4 Live Casino

Live casino games are operated in real time by professional dealers. If a network connection is lost, the game result will be determined from the server.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the bd8t platform, and engaging in any of them may result in the immediate termination of the account and forfeiture of all funds:

• Operating an account using a false identity or information.
• Creating or operating multiple accounts.
• Manipulating the bonus system or bonus arbitrage.
• Money laundering or illegal financial activity.
• Attempting to access another member's account.
• Hacking the bd8t system or sending viruses or harmful software.
• Using bots or automated software to influence game outcomes.
• Harassment, threats, or inappropriate behavior toward other members.
• Making deposits or withdrawals in the name of a third party.

All content on the bd8t platform — including logos, trademarks, graphics, software, designs, text, and other materials — is the intellectual property of bd8t or the respective game providers.

8.1 Usage Restrictions

You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or republish any content from bd8t without prior written permission. General use for personal, non-commercial purposes is permitted.

8.2 Third-Party Content

All games from game providers (such as Pragmatic Play, PG Soft, JILI, Spribe, and Evolution Gaming) are operated under their respective intellectual property policies.

bd8t is always committed to providing a safe and stable service. However, bd8t will not be held liable in the following cases:

• Loss caused by technical errors, server interruptions, or internet connectivity issues.
• Issues related to your own device, network, or software.
• Unauthorized access to your account information.
• Game disruption caused by issues with a third-party game provider's server.

10.1 bd8t's Rights

bd8t reserves the right to suspend or permanently close an account without prior notice for any of the following reasons:

• Violation of the terms and conditions.
• Evidence of fraud or unethical activity.
• Non-cooperation with the KYC verification process.
• Failure to verify age or providing false information.
• Instructions from law enforcement agencies or a court order.

10.2 Member Rights

You may request to close your account at any time. Please withdraw all available funds before submitting a closure request. Conditions may apply if you wish to re-register after voluntarily closing your account.

10.3 Funds Upon Account Closure

If an account is closed due to a rule violation, bd8t will consider returning legitimately earned funds after verification. Funds obtained from bonuses or through fraudulent means will be forfeited.
